Waqas Chaudhry
Waqas leads all Queensland operations with full control of the QLD branch, overseeing project delivery and client relationships across Brisbane South, Loganlea and New Farm with rigour and reliability on every build.
Hassan Hameed
Now in his third year with Saleh Homes, Hassan turns owners' dream homes into proper, buildable plans, managing every design matter in-house and liaising directly with council on Town Planning projects with real precision.
Waqar Bashir
With more than three years at Saleh Homes, Waqar brings deep project management expertise and a genuine passion for outstanding residential builds. Known for meticulous detail and unwavering quality, he now leads the North region.
Arslan Khawaja

Here Long After Handover.
Most builders hand over the keys and move on. We don't. Saleh Homes maintains a fully equipped, in-house maintenance team dedicated to resolving post-handover issues quickly — no waiting on subcontractors, no chasing up third parties. If something needs attention after you've moved in, our own team is on it, promptly and directly.
A long-standing member of the team, Happy recently stepped into the Maintenance Supervisor role. He handles all maintenance tasks and addresses any post-handover issues promptly, keeping homeowners comfortable well after move-in.
